Fortunately, we were able to switch to Dr. Bitzer with our son after our daughter was born. We are more than satisfied; Dr. Bitzer always takes time for her patients and treats them with great care.

Dr. Bitzer and her team come highly recommended! Dr. Bitzer is extremely skilled, conducts thorough examinations and treatments, and explains everything in detail to parents and the next steps to children in a way that is easy for them to understand. Her friendly and empathetic manner also makes her appealing to children, who actually enjoy going to the practice. The entire team is always friendly, competent, and exceptionally well-organized. A truly wonderful practice!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bitzer to everyone. I've been taking my two children to her for six years and I'm completely satisfied! She's incredibly thorough, takes her time, is wonderful with kids, and you really feel well cared for. She works meticulously and clarifies absolutely everything, down to the smallest detail. I'm also very happy with her accessibility (which has been mentioned here occasionally). If you can't reach anyone by phone, you always get a quick response by email. The medical assistants are also very friendly, and we feel completely at ease in the practice! Keep up the great work! ☺️

We are taking our newborn to Dr. Bitzer. Dr. Bitzer is a very thorough, careful, loving, and empathetic doctor. Yes, it's very difficult to get through to her by phone, but if you send an email, it's always answered! Dr. Bitzer's team is equally friendly. Of course, nobody "enjoys" going to the doctor, but we feel we are in good hands here.

We take our daughter to Dr. Bitzer's practice, and frankly, I can't give her enough stars. The practice is pleasantly furnished, and the wide selection of toys and activities for all ages makes the (always) very short waiting times much easier. The practice team is friendly and helpful. Dr. Bitzer is amazing! She is always patient, understanding, and empathetic with our sensitive patient. She is thorough, highly competent, and always available—whether by email or for short-notice appointments. Even when we, as young parents with a very sick toddler, were stuck in Portugal and couldn't find help quickly, she was there for us by email, reassuring us and helping us! Even if the phone is busy, you get a prompt response from the practice team or Dr. Bitzer. For us, this practice is a real find!

An incredibly wonderful doctor, an incredibly wonderful team, a wonderful practice! We always enjoy going to Dr. Bitzer. We always feel well cared for there, and they take their time! My little daughter trusts her completely and feels very comfortable in the entire practice! There's a lovely waiting room with lots of great games and books for little ones.

A remarkable doctor who is always there when you really need her. She has been caring for our son for nine years now, and she possesses the rare talent of instantly building trust with children. Kind words, a confident manner, and the occasional witty remark—this combination is what makes her so exceptional. The practice is modern and well-organized. Reaching her by phone can be a bit hit-or-miss, which is understandable given the consistently high demand. Dr. Bitzer also works on the on-call medical service, and I sometimes wonder how she manages to fit it all in. I am truly grateful that she exists. A doctor with a real calling.
